This package begins approximately 2 months from your big day! You have almost everything done, and just need some help getting to the big day.
Before Your Magical Day...

A minimum of two meetings - one approximately two months out, followed by another one to two weeks out

Creation of a fully customized timeline, so your day flows perfectly and everyone stays on track

Designing of the floorplan - together we'll make the most of your venue space and the layout

Confirmation of arrival times and cover all the set-up details with all of your vendors

Available for input all throughout your planning process (i.e. advice on centerpieces, invitations, any day-of plans). Let's talk it through - I'm here for YOU!

I will attend rehearsal to ensure everyone knows the proper recessional and processional order and provide tips and suggestions as needed
On Your Magical Day...

On-site for a max of 15 hours
